It pursued LEED for Operations and maintenance v2009 and obtained Platinum certification in 2015 with 86 points. Key sustainability features of the project includes 12% renewable energy use, 75% reuse or recycle of durable goods, 30% reduction in indoor potable water use 100% reduction in potable landscape water use, use of Integrated pest management (IPM) practices etc.

Hirdaramani Industries (Pvt) Ltd – Kuruwita, established in 1992, obtained LEED Gold certification in 2014 for LEED for Operations and maintenance v2009 with 77 points. Key sustainability features of the project includes 57% water use reduction 37% energy efficient compared to similar buildings, on-site wastewater treatment and use treated waste water for irrigation.

Located in Chittagong, Bangladesh, Regency garments pursued LEED for Operations and maintenance v2009 and achieved Gold certification level with 63 points. Key sustainability features of the project includes 40% of total energy consumption is system-level metered, 30% reduction in indoor potable water use, 100% reduction in potable water use for landscaping, Building exterior and hardscape Management planning, 50% reuse, recycle or compost of ongoing consumables and High performance green cleaning program.
Ceylon Knit Trend Pvt. Ltd – Eheliyagoda

CKT Eheliyagoda factory marks the Hirdaramani Group’s 5th LEED Certified facility in Sri Lanka. It pursued LEED for Operations and maintenance v2009 and achieved Gold certification in 2015 with 66 points. Key sustainability features of the project includes 75% reduction in conventional commuting trips, 77 Energy Star Performance Rating, 12% onsite renewable energy or offsite renewable energy, 40% of total energy consumption is system-level metered, 30% reduction in indoor potable water use and 100% reduction in potable landscape water use.

The Dialog Data Centre Premises in Malabe consists of Sri Lanka’s largest Satellite Earth Station in Sri Lanka. The facility achieved Gold certification in 2017 with 62 points in LEED New Constructions v2009 rating system. Key sustainability features of the project includes 24% improvement on baseline building performance rating, 100% reduction in potable landscape water use, 40% reduction in baseline indoor water use, 50% reduction in wastewater generation, 10% recycled content building materials and 20% regionally extracted, harvested, recovered, or manufactured materials.

Key sustainability features of the project includes 35% reduction in lighting power density 90% Energy Star Qualified Equipment 75% diversion of construction and demolition debris and 40% reduction in indoor potable water use.
