Hirdaramani Clothing
Hirdaramani Clothing Puthukkudiyruppu factory is the 21st Hirdaramani owned and operated apparel manufacturing facility. It pursued LEED New Constructions v2009 and obtained Platinum certification in 2017 with 84 points. Key sustainability features of the project includes 48% energy saving with 13% renewable energy, 100% outdoor water saving, 40% indoor water savings and 75% construction waste diversion from landfilling.
Millennium Information Technologies
Millennium IT Software (Pvt) Ltd, subsidiary of London Stock Exchange is a multinational IT service provider. The old building was retrofitted to a new office as the Network Operating Center. Co-Energi team designed MVAC systems relying on whole building energy simulation to size and optimize the MVAC systems. Project started in April, May 2015. The scope of project was 13,940.5 m2 area with total project value was LKR 487,000.
Club Hotel Dolphin
Club Hotel Dolphin is a scenic 4 star hotel located in Waikkal, Negombo. Co-energi performed an energy audit that consisted for 5 consecutive days during November 2017. The team assessed key systems of the facility, namely; electrical utility system – main grid, power distribution and the standby generator, solar PV System, lighting system, air conditioning system, swimming pools and domestic water supply. Our team identified several energy efficiency measures worth approximately LKR 9,778,488.32 per annum excluding solar PV system cost saving. These savings represent approximately 17% of the annual energy usage of the facility.
